Job Discription:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining all interior and exterior of an office, including furniture, work stations, AC, sitting arrangements, safety arrangements, disaster recovery and other logistics.
  • Provisions all office amenities for employees and clients such as; drinking water, refrigerator, tea/coffee, clocks, lights, etc.
  • Provisions laptops, mobile, landline phone, monitors, keyboard, mouse, internet, CCTV, electricity, power backup, backpacks, printers, lockers, stationery items, etc. for the employees.
  • Arrange for the gift items for employees to reward the performance, joining, motivation, etc.
  • Accountable for HR activities such as implementation of HR policies, HR activities, recreational activities, supervising employees activities/behavior, resolving conflicts of employees or conflicts with third parties, hiring activities, fulfilling employee’s on-boarding activities, employees training and developments, overtime policies, employee travel policies, payrolls, employee attendance, leaves, holidays, etc.
  • Accountable to maintain hygiene, ventilation, clean desks, wall paints, etc.
  • Accountable to maintain a healthy office environment, work culture, and motivations to align employees with the goal of the company and maintain a good platform for employee’s progressions and growths.
  • Set an example for team members of commitment, center process and activities, work ethics and habits and personal character.
  • Responsible for smooth running of all operations at the center, responsibly use resources and control expenses to meet agreed budgetary controls, adhere to all organization policies and procedures, interact and cooperate with all members of the organization, its suppliers and customers, handles purchases with good quality and with rational costs in good faith.
  • Help organization to achieve industrial recognition on standards, qualities like ISO, etc.
  • Accountable for content management such as; video, image, docs, etc.
  • Provides leadership in strategic and operational planning. Leads the development of center initiatives, and improvements for effective delivery of center programmes and services.
  • Maintain overall center responsibility for performing all duties in compliance with related legal/statutory, regulations, professional duties, responsibilities and obligations and insert as applicable e.g. Best Practice Guidelines, etc.
  • Ensure that the office premises and its machineries or amenities are not misused.
  • Ensure safety, productivity and quality in all operations.
  • Review work to ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate records (for example; expenses, training, attendance, etc.), basic accounts, GST etc.
  • Host & manage clients visits. Position as brand ambassador of the company, culture, & country.
  • Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and reviews as applicable.
  • Maintain (with regular training and updates as necessary) the knowledge, technical skills and qualifications that are necessary to perform your job role to comply with the requirements of the organization and any applicable rules, regulations, (particularly of any professional body) and with any law which applies to your job role.
