Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Client Partner for IT Product and Services at ZettaZeal Technologies. The Client Partner will be responsible for account management, consulting, sales, project management, and management consulting on a day-to-day basis.

 

Qualifications

  • Account Management and Sales skills
  • Consulting and Management Consulting experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling IT products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the single point of contact for client escalations, queries, and feedback.
  • Understand client business goals, challenges, and industry trends to proactively address their needs.
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
  • Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products and services in line with client expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on project milestones, risks, and resolutions.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and delivery models.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and client satisfaction targets.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: 0-5 years in client management or account management roles, preferably in the IT industry.

Basic Knowledge of Technologies such as; excel, ppt , etc.
